Ok one last test before we reinstall everything.

Does the issue exist with GP Premium plugin deactivated and the WooCommerce plugin activated?

They should - GP and WooCommerce should definitely work with the latest WordPress versions.

We haven't had any other reports on this so we will really need to take some basic steps to figure what the issue is.
