Popup not working on custom post type element

Hello,

I've got a call to action element above the footer on all my pages and it has a button which opens a popup. I'm using the Popup Maker plugin for this, it works fine on all the pages but on a custom post type the popup doesn't trigger. I've disabled all plugins apart from those needed and it didn't make any difference. On the front end of the site, when I'm on the custom post type, I've clicked on Popup Maker in the admin bar, it says no popups are loaded. Any idea what is going on here?
