Do I have to manually tag the popula to make it look like a popular post?
Is there any way to automatically see posts with a lot of views?

Yes, by default, you need to tag it.
If you want to order it by Post View count, you'll need a custom code or a plugin for a Post view counter. WordPress doesn't have this by default.
After adding one, you'll need a custom code again to make it a Parameter for your Query Loop.
