Pop-up messages

Is there a way to create pop-up messages with GP Premium? In most cases, I would use Elementor for pop-ups, but in my current project, the owner has invested considerable content in the WPBakery page builder, which does not appear to support pop-ups.

you would need a plugin for now, most users go for Pop Up Maker.
