Podcast Ribbon

I'm trying to figure out how to get a podcast reel (ribbon) on the top of my wordpress website. Just like this one.

I'm not sure how to do that with my gen-press theme. I added a widget to the top bar, but it looks kinda clumbsy.

That's a good start. Maybe removing the top bar padding would help?

By the way,You can try changing its appearance by adding styling through CSS.
