Plugin is just not working

I've installed the GP Premium plugin but when it's activated and I hit Customize, I get an error page (HTTP ERROR 500)
I've tried de-activating all other plugins, and done a fresh install of Wordpress and it still doesn't work.
Please advise

First thing to try is increasing your PHP memory limit: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/
If that doesn't work, check your error_log file for any errors. Your hosting can help you find the file if you can't find it.
Thank you - I tried changing the config file before contacting you and it didn't work so I've opened a ticket with support... Will update after
Support at my hosting company (LiquidWeb) was all over it and it works like a charm now. Thanks for your quick response!
