plugin install issues

I am trying to install the plugin and am getting the following error.
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: gp-premium-1.2.92.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Could not create directory. /home/rb3experience/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugin Installer

Hi there,
Looks like a permissions issue on your server.
Best to call your hosting and ask them to make sure WordPress can write/change/remove files so you can install/update plugins.
