[Support request] plugin-compat.php – failed to open stream

Hello,
I am trying to activate the GeneratePress theme on a WAMP installation, but I receive the following message:

Warning: require(C:\wamp64\www\adrianagalgano/wp-content/themes/generatepress_temp/inc/plugin-compat.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp64\www\adrianagalgano\wp-content\themes\generatepress_temp\functions.php on line 242

and

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘C:\wamp64\www\adrianagalgano/wp-content/themes/generatepress_temp/inc/plugin-compat.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in C:\wamp64\www\adrianagalgano\wp-content\themes\generatepress_temp\functions.php on line 242

Can you help understanding what’s happen?

IMPORTANT: I can’t insert the license number in the plugin because I receive a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
