Plugin breaking sections

Hi Tom

I have a strange situation where the events manager plugin is disabling sections for the homepage when editing a recurring event. Would you mind testing it out and letting me know if i need to contact that plugin's author(s)?

Sending link and temporary login credentials through email. Please go to Events > Recurring events and edit one of the recurrences.
