Plug In Not Working

Hello I'm trying use a plugin but it's not working so I'm wondering is it not compatible or is there a code to make it work. The plugin is called Lead Monster.

What's not working? Are you getting any errors?
I'm also not seeing the plugin on WordPress repo.
