try to follow instructions and get this message.

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /var/www/volumes/xvdv/vhosts/attachmentbasedparentalalienation.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/

Go to Plugin Installer

Hi there,

That generally means the plugin is already installed.

Can you check if you see it under Dashboard > Plugins?

If not then you might need to remove the entire gp-premium folder through the FTP access then try it again.

no i did not unzip I followed instruction and then the copied message below popped up

"Installing plugin from uploaded file: gp-premium-1.12.3 (2).zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /var/www/volumes/xvdv/vhosts/attachmentbasedparentalalienation.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/"

i deleted the theme installed again then reinstalled same result when try to install premium

Deleting the theme isn't the solution here.

Can you first make sure that GP Premium is actually not showing up on the list of plugins?

If so, you will need to access your site through FTP and remove that GP Premium folder shown in your file path.

You might also want to check with your hosting support to make sure there isn't any internal caching going on.
