placing the cover file under the menu

Hello :)
I am working on this website https://admiring-ritchie.51-89-175-194.plesk.page/ and I would like to place the cover file (in this case a video) on the top of the page with the result of visualizing the menu words on it as in this website https://www.antoninocannavacciuolo.it/
Could you maybe help telling me how to do it?

Hi there,
1. in Apperaance > GeneratePress enable the Elements Module.
2. in Appearance > Elements create a new Element -> Header Element.
3. Set the header element settings as explained here:
