Placing a Menu on the Hero Heading Element

Hello I am trying to think of a way to place a Wordpress Menu inside the Element Heading. I have an example here https://accuratehealthplans.com/ although this is an Avada theme, I want to rebuild this website using Generate Press. Please any information or suggestions would be great-fully appreciated.
Hi there,
Have you tried the merged option?

Take a look at some examples here:

Hmm, cant seem to be able to get to the url, service unavailable?
I am Merging the top, i would like to be able to place a Wordpress Menu using a short code maybe? In the middle of the page, like a CTA Button but it is a drop down menu. As I have here https://accuratehealthplans.com/
Hope this makes sense?
Hmm the url are working for me.
Can you try again? Can you access this?

Thank you, Leo, Yes, I am able to view the url's now. But, the drop down menu is not the main menu this is a second menu other than the main menu. https://accuratehealthplans.com/ I use a menu widget on this website but that is with Avada is there a way to have a separate menu? Or is there a plugin that is light that will do this?
Ahh I see what you are talking about that now.
Unfortunately I'm not aware of a plugin that offers this functionality.
The only menu widget I've seen is from the Navigation Menu widget from WordPress core
