Placeholder immage for header video

Is it possible to add an static image to display in the header video background while the video loads?
Working on this right now for the next update :)
Just implemented this - the area will use the background image set if the browser/device can't load the video.
It will be in GP Premium 1.2.82.
Why if I insert an image in the header through Elements do I see it in all pages and not in the home page?
