If you are wanting to add some other texts then try the following steps:

1. Add the text as a menu item (Custom Link) with no URL. Same sort of thing on the demo for the “Premium” text in the secondary navigation: http://demo.generatepress.com

2. Add the menu-item-float-right CSS class: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-icons-to-menu-items/#floating-the-icon-to-the-right

3. Then move search icon to the right of the text as here: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/navigation-search-bar/#post-102033
