You can try the Before Header hook or Before Header Content hook.

Later I like to change it - it should not be on every page.

I'm not sure what you mean by it should not be on every page?
You can use conditional tag if you wish? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-hooks-conditional-tags/

This way shouldn't be very hard to modify after if you change your mind.
