Place menu bar inside my header

I would like to know if there is a simple way to put my menu inside the header on my site at thecatholictravelguide.com. I have a background image for the header and want the menu in there as well. I saw a support video but that is beyond my ability, so wondering if there is a simple way to do this. Using GP premium, latest version.

You can try using the secondary navigation:

Then set the location to float right in the customizer:
