pivot theme background image not updating

Setting the Header to "merge" should automatically add this CSS:

.header-wrap #site-navigation:not(.toggled), .header-wrap #mobile-header:not(.toggled):not(.navigation-stick), .has-inline-mobile-toggle .mobile-menu-control-wrapper {
    background: transparent;
}

Which makes the navigation transparent on static mode.

But that CSS can work as well as it does the same thing.
