A couple months ago, I swapped to Generate Press theme and ever since then if anyone tries to Pin something to Pinterest from my site, it pulls the wrong description.

    Here is an example:
    https://northernnester.com/ham-swiss-cheese-asparagus-quiche/

When I try to pin it, I get this:
Ham, Swiss Cheese & Asparagus Quiche | THM: S, Keto, GF – Northern Nester

    What I want is this:
This Ham, Swiss Cheese and Asparagus Quiche combines a winning trio of flavors, and the savory crust takes this low-carb, keto-compatible, gluten-free, Trim Healthy Mama S main dish to the next level!

This text is from just below the print button. It used to be the pin description.

Do you know how to fix that?

    Hi there,

I really can’t see how this could be a theme issue.

GP doesn’t add anything for Pinterest by default.

Can you disable all plugins to see if there is a plugin conflict somewhere?

If that doesn’t help, you’d need to test it with a default WP twenty series theme.

It might be worth to check with Pinterest support to see if they’ve heard this issue before.
