Pingback Comment?

Hello guys,
I've had a couple of odd comments on my blog lately which I don't understand. I think they are pingbacks from what I am reading, but I still don't understand if they are a good thing or not. For instance here is one today:

If I look up the IP address it points to Sucuri (my firewall provider), and the text is just mirroring what is in my blog. So I'm not sure what is going on. Please can you advise me on what this is?

Hi there,
That looks like it might be some spam.
You could try checking with your firewall provider to see if they can provide a reason.
Definitely not something GP can control/interfere.
Thanks for checking Leo. I didn't think GP would be able to control, but I thought you might be able to make sense of it. I have sent a query on to Sucuri :)
