Hello,
It is not a question about generatepress so I would understand that it is not appropriate to answer.
I'd like to ask you what do you recommend me for php in the texts of the pages.
I'm investigating how to obfuscate links.....

I would personally create a shortcode which you can then add into your content.
The shortcodes returns a function which can do PHP stuff.
