photos touching in wp show post area

My photos are touching in the wp show post area on my home page. I previously had space between them. Not sure what I did to screw this up. Can you please help me get the space back between them. Will share my site in private section. Thanks

in the editor - do you have a HTML Block before the WPSP Shortcode ?
I don't know (insert scared face emoji). I'm sorry-I'm uber beginner at all of this so I'm not sure where to even look for that. I changed my home page to code editor to look but when I got the [wp_show_posts name="Latest Post"] it is no where to be found. I actually used the site library "wordsmith" to set up my site so my homepage is exactly like that homepage-I think unless I've screwed something up (which obviously I did because there are no spaces between the posts on the demo site). Thanks in advance for your help!

You can check and edit the homepage's content to see if there's a "Custom HTML" block on it as David asked.
Click "Edit" on the homepage you use, like you normally do w/ any other pages and check its contents if you see something that appears before the Shortcode block. :)
Also, it's worth checking the WPSP list settings on WP Admin > Show Posts. Check the WPSP settings of the list you're using on the home page and go to the "Columns" tab. Check if the gutter value and/or padding value 0 or empty.
If it is, consider putting a value on it. Example: 20px.
