Photos in the header cut off

It's about the Podcast theme. What size should the photo have to be displayed in the entire post header? Because it looks a bit silly when there is a man in the photo, e.g. without a head or the main element of the photo. I know the dimension is 800: 533 pixels and that's what I give.
The second thing. The same applies to photos in the page headers, e.g. contact, about me, podcast. How to change it?
If you want to add other photos to other pages like blog eg contact, about me, podcast is the best way to do it? I know that somehow through the hooks but I have no idea.

Which header are you referring to?
The home page?
If so the default image is 1800 by 1200px.
The size of the picture displayed is determined by the top and bottom padding from the GenerateBlock's container block though - the more top/bottom padding and content you add, the more image will display:
