How do I change the photo that appears when I text the link to my website? It seems like it randomly grabbed one of my page header photos but it's not the one I want to appear when I text the link to people (iMessage automatically displays a photo with the link when texted)

I'm not too sure what you mean? Like when you share your URL on facebook?
Yup it's also what shows up if you iMessage the link.
Those services will try to find the first image in the content and use it.
