I’ve uploaded some images (gallery) to my page. I’m happy with the thumbnails, and how they appear, but when I click on one of the images, I’d like to then be able to click “next image”, to view the next image, rather than having to click the back button to get back to the original page.
Either that or maybe a photo slide show might work better.
Could you please tell me how to do this?
Many thanks.October 28, 2020 at 5:25 am #1507609DavidStaffCustomer SupportOctober 28, 2020 at 6:05 am #1507653Lee
I’ve downloaded and activated this plugin, but it doesn’t seem to appear in my builder?October 28, 2020 at 7:10 am #1507718DavidStaffCustomer SupportOctober 28, 2020 at 11:24 am #1508332Lee
Brilliant. Thank you.
If I wanted to just add a slideshow instead to reduce the data load on the page, could you please tell me how I might do that?
Many thanks again.October 28, 2020 at 11:25 am #1508336LeoStaffCustomer Support
Like a slider? If so a plugin is needed.
This is my personal choice:
There should be quite a few other options out there as well.October 28, 2020 at 11:53 am #1508380Lee

Is this slideshow (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/smart-slider-3/) good for displaying photos in a photographer’s site I’m building with GereratePress?
Look at some screenshots of the layout I intend to build. I would like the side arrows (they’re not on these screens) to display outside the pictures.
Should I create an Element, or Block Element, limited to a category? So that when my client will publish a gallery, all the structure is ready, she only has to chose the category, type the title and post the photos?November 6, 2020 at 1:25 pm #1521066
