Phone in nav bar

Do you know how to add a phone icon and number in the nav bar like this website? https://www.sbaloanprogram.com/
I would just add it to the menu like:
1. Go to "Appearance > Menus" - add a "Custom Link".
2. For the URL, input: tel:123-456-7890
3. For the navigation label, input your number - you can add an icon before it with this HTML: <i class="fa fa-phone"></i>
That should be it :)
