Phone font awesome symbol

How would I put the phone font awesome icon with the phone number beside it and link it to the contact us page when it is clicked on in my navigation bar?
You would add a menu item that linked to your contact page in "Appearance > Menus".
Then in the "Navigation Label", you could do this: <i class="fa fa-phone"></i> 123-456-7890
