I see. You can use a Block Element – Hook. Hook it to

Basically, you’ll need a 3-column GenerateBlocks Grid Block for that. Then, add images for the background, and then add a GenerateBlocks Button block. Give the Buttons Block an equivalent top and bottom margin to center the button vertically.

https://ibb.co/ggVv1YwHorizontally speaking, the Button Wrapper should just be center aligned through the Toolbar.
Are you adding left and right paddings? If so, remove this, and just align it center.
