Hi there,
I am new to website creation and am having trouble with Permalinks. I would like the option of using Post Name as I believe that will help with SEO, however I get the error message "Error occurred: 404 - not found" when then clicking on menu options. I have refreshed Word Press but the problem is still there. Please help.

Hi there,
So if you go to "Settings > Permalinks", the "Post name" option is selected and saved? Try clicking save again.
Still getting a 404? If so, contact your hosting and explain the issue - they might need to enable mod_rewrite on your server.
