Permalinks change on posts

Permalink problem on 3 language site. English gives the correct permalink, Russian and Hebrew have a problem.
The following is a Hebrew example:
I want this:
https://kehilathaderech.org/סדרת-לימוד-האיגרת-אל-הרומים
I get this:

These pages are shared weekly with WhatsApp and Facebook. How can we get the correct permalink to display?
In the edit screen, the permalinks are correct - somehow they change "on-the-fly". The English posts give the correct permalink.

Hi there,
WordPress controls the permalinks structure so the theme cannot interfere with it.
Are you using a translation plugin? I wonder if this is something that can be done with the plugin - worth checking with the plugin support.
Otherwise you might need to change this with an SEO plugin.
If all of those fail, it might be worth checking with WordPress support to see how to handle this within their permalink structure.

Hi Leo. I did check with WPML and they said it is a browser problem - something about binary. I just wrote to you to see if you might have another idea. It does not make sense to me that the browser changes the permalink on the fly. When I go to the page in question, the permalinks look right - but if I copy them, they go to that code style link. I did put on an SSL plugin, but it doesn't seem to help with that problem. Do you have any other ideas? Do you think it really is a browser problem? I cannot believe that languages that do not use the roman alphabet go to binary. What about all of the Russian speakers and the Arabic speakers??? What up with that?
