My account now says that the payment is pending and for some reason it is saying that I purchased the premium package twice. Please resolve. The “Pending” message means the payment wasn’t processed, and needs to be manually completed (it won’t be automatically completed at any time by us). Make sure nothing was removed from your PayPal (nothing was received from you on our end), then give it another shot.
