Pause Scrolling (with parallax sections)

Is there a way in Generatepress to control scrolling speed on a page? Or to have 1 section have a stick effect?
I added a link to a page I'm messing around with and there's a section of parallax scrolling where you get a "before & after" effect. However on a lot of websites with parallax effects they have a section stick and you have to scroll again to go further down. I want the screen to pause or stick when the grey bike shows up and then scrolling would reveal the next section of the bike in color. Once this "before & after" effect is done it should scroll like normal again.
I hope I explained this alright, and understand if this is not something that can be changed in GP.

GP doesn't have anything like this built in.
You would have to use a javascript library like this: https://alvarotrigo.com/fullPage/
