    Hi Patrick,

Not sure if I fully understand the question here.

GeneratePress no longer loads FontAwesome at all since a long time ago.

Perhaps it’s loaded by one of your plugins?

Hi, Leo – I might well have loaded it via a plugin, maybe even the fontawesome plugin, but I would have deleted that a long time ago, and it’s still operating out of GP’s theme.
Can you advise how to get rid of it?

I’ve set up a temporary login if you want to have a look
    Regards
    Patrick

Can you disable all plugins to test first?

Please also remove the extra function you’ve added in the parent theme’s function.php file.

HI, so I’ve disabled every plugin(except GP) and it’s still there
    GeneratePress: fontawesome-webfont.svg (assets/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.svg)

    Hi there,

are you seeing this in the frontend of your site ? As i checked a few pages and i do not.

The file itself remains in the assets/fonts purely for backwards compatibility.

Thanks David, that makes sense to me. For some reason I was having problems with page speed, and one of the causes via Site Kit was fontawesome. Anyway, it all seems good now. Thanks for your help.
