[Support request] Pasting content into Table

I am trying to paste the content from excel to table in post . But, when i try to paste say a list of 20 . All the items in the list are copied in the same cell instead of the individual cells .

Is there any way by which i can turn off the caption option in the gutterburg table block

The WordPress core Table Block has very little options and zero responsive behaviour.
If you’re adding data tables i highly recommend you use the plugin i mentioned as it supports a lot more features and has responsive controls.
