parenting drop down is not showing on website

Hi so on my website fortuneweed.com on the menu tap I have vape reviews and I made this a parent for all the reviews that I have done and it was working great before but now the drop down doesn't display and the Vape review tab is going to a different page then is was before please help thanks

Can you make sure you have the "Theme Location" set in the Menus area of the Dashboard?
