I am also not seeing a difference after trying different values (1-9). The top of the image still comes up from the bottom when scrolling.

It doesn’t look like you’re using the latest version of GP Premium – try updating 🙂

Ok, I just saw the plugin update and updated. The speed now works but top of the image still comes up from the bottom when I scroll even more now…if not worse. I just turned off the parallax for now.

The image might just not be tall enough to scroll down.

This might be a good alternative:

.generate-content-header {
    background-position: center center;
    background-attachment: fixed;
}
