How can I set up an opt-in form in the footer area in a similar style to what you have with the Generate Press website or in a content area?

Hi there,

Don’t think it’s easy but I think you can achieve something similar to that by using Sections with some custom CSS:

Looks like that site is using some jQuery as well.

Maybe give this a shot first to see if you can get it close and provide a link to your site if you run into problems?

The Sections add-on has a parallax feature which will take care of the subtle movements when scrolling.
