Hi Lewis,

GeneratePress has no control over Permalink structures. It might indeed be a WordPress thing.

Can you check if you set the slug to /mm, does /m still direct to a specific page? It might already be used.

It would be best to reach out to Yoast regarding this as this would be more in line with their expertise.
