pagination current page font

Hi,

I have created an archive template loop with a pagination element at the bottom.

Is there a way to make the font change colour according to if I am on the current page or not? For instance, if I am on page 2 of the archive I can tell by looking at the URL however, there is no way to tell this by looking at the numbers below the posts because the number 2 isn't highlighted or a different colour.

Is this possible?
