Pagespeed Insights - layouts shifts caused by page hero and navigation bar

Pagespeed insights says that my webpage financetrainingcourse.com/education has CLS due to the page hero element and the navigation bar. when running the lighthouse test I can see the navigation bar being loaded twice in 2 different locations.How can I fix this?

Hi there,

first disable any cache/optimization plugins and then retest the site.
If it works re-enable the cache plugin and retest. If the problem returns then it is an issue with the Cache plugin settings.
If you're using any automatic Optimized CSS Delivery or Critical CSS - then that is the first option to disable.

Still a problem - then share a link so i can take a look.

Hi,

So I was able to fix the navigation flashing twice when loading issue.

However, disabling the optimization plugin - wp rocket did not help with the CLS.

The link to my site is https://financetrainingcourse.com/education/ and I am testing it with page speed insights.

I just tested the link here:

And both mobile and desktop Lab Data is within tolerance for CLS.

The origin summary data should update to reflect that other the next 28 days. If i does not then there is an element in your posts that is causing CLS after the page has been loaded.
