Pages & Sidebars Not Consistent Across Site.

I'm having an issue at The Miramichi Reader in which my pages do not have a consistent "look" across the site. If you look at the Contact Us! page and the About Us page you'll see what I mean. Am I missing some setting? In Layout, there's no option for pages. I just want content, no sidebars on pages, only on posts and archives.

OK, I found the Elements options at the very bottom of the page. [embarrassed]
