Pages in Main Folder but Posts in /blog folder

Hi,
Is it possible to have a permalinks setting or any other setting where the pages appear in the main site of the domain as domainname.com/page, but the posts go to domain.com/blog folder (domain.com/blog/blog-post)
Any suggestions or tips are welcome.

I'm afraid they would have to be two different installations in order to do that.
