[Support request] Pages have broken Javascript

Hi,
One of my auditing tools picked up a broken javascript across 127 pages:
/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/blog/functions/js/scripts.min.js?ver=2.1.2

I’m getting a 503 error on this file. Any idea what this is or why its broken? Looks like its an issue with the theme or hosting?
