Pages are not fullwidth

Hi, I've been using GP on a core site for 3 years and everything is great. However I just created a new site and I simply cannot get the pages to go fullwidth? When I switch the theme to 2020 or 2021 they are fullwidth. I'm sure I'm missing something simple but need help.

This is the site I was referring to. This is a sub domain but the same thing is happening with NEW pages I add to the Primary as well. The primary homepage is fullwidth - don't know what I did for that to be correct but new pages like the second one in the private info box looks like it does versus what it should look like3 in the 3rd link.

Can you disable SG optimizer so I can inspect the code better?

I deactivated the 'classic editor' and 'classic editor addon' plugins and it seems to be working now.
