Only if the page builder could be added via shortcodes. I believe Beaver Builder does this, and hopefully Elementor will soon.

That’s an option – if you add content to the content area, you’ll see a video tab appear.

Just to add to the discussion – someone has created an add-on for Beaver Builder to turn off the standard header/footer (either or both) and replace it with a beaver builder templates.
