Actually the PHP code was missing from header.php I don’t why but anyways now all perfect.

In the theme’s header.php? If so it’s missing likely because of a theme update.

It’s a bad idea to add the code using GP’s core files and it should be added using one of these methods:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-php/

Otherwise you’d need to re-add it everytime.
