Page without header and footer

Hi,
How do I create a page on an existing site without the header and footer? Sort of like a landing page with no navigation menu.

I am also looking for a way to remove the primary menu for a few individual pages. How can I do that? All the documentation I can find says to disable elements but that does not seem to be a feature anymore as described. Thank you for your help!

in Appearance > GeneratePress make sure you have the Disable Elements module enabled and then you can disable Header, Navigation etc.
