The buttons would show up but the site will not crash. It’s for debugging purposes. That’s actually why we recommend cloning the site to a staging site. It’s so the live site is untouched. 😀
I don't know how to do that, haven't done it before!
You can provide the details on the private information text field.

You may have to ask your host if they offer this service. It's good practice to have one especially for established sites. :)
For the site details:
The username/email seems to be missing. Can you add it add? Thank you.

Updated
Thanks.
I've checked the site and I didn't see display rule conflicts and the actual page shows that the element is active - https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6ub7eyz
That said, it may be a plugin conflict or your site is serving a page cached version of the site.
We can start debugging w/ the plugins first. :)
The only way to check is to disable ALL plugins except GP Premium to see if the issue still occurs and then enable plugins one by one to find the culprit plugin that's causing the issue.
ok so are you doing this? If so, then proceeed
Before proceeding, I did a re-check of the Block element itself and I believe we missed the "Remove container condition" condition setting.
Your Block element's main container block "Remove container condition" was set to "No featured image".
This is why the container wasn't showing up. It's because your pages don't have featured image associated with them.
It should be set to "Choose..." to remove the condition so it always shows up. :)
I've applied it for you so it should be showing up.
now it is showing. Thank you very much Elvin.
No problem. :D
