Page title / navigation button

Hi! I have a page title and navigation button called "About Us." I would like to change the page title to something different, but keep the navigation button "About Us." Is this possible?

You can change the page title to whatever you want then just use the Navigation Label field to edit what it shows in the menu:

I can't make this work. Under menus, both the Page and Navigation Label say "About Us." On the actual page, however, both the title and navigation button say something different
Looks like the page title is now called "Homeopathic remedies saved my life".
Have you edited the menu Navigation Label?

I just cleared the cache. The only installed plugins are:
GP Premium
BackUpBuddy
WP Forms Lite
I'm still seeing Endurance page cache activated.
Can you deactivate it for now?
How do I deactivate Endurance page cache? After this issue is resolved, should I leave it deactivated?
It should be listed under plugins.
Yes you can reactivate it once we are done here.
My recommendation would be to keep caching off until you are done with developing the site.
The navigation bar is still wrong. Here's what I did:
I turned the cache off.
I went to Menu
Under "Add Menu Items," the page title "Homeopathic Remedies Saved My Life" is listed
Under Menu Structure, "About Us" is listed
I pressed "Save Menu"
Can you take a screenshot of that menu item set up?

Sorry, I don't understand what "dashboard access" is. Should I temporarily add you as an administrator to my website?
It would be easier if you just provide your login and change the password after.

OK, I just sent the requested info. Please let me know when I can change my password. Also, I didn't disable the plugins because I am afraid of breaking something. Could you please do this?
