Page template

Hello
As usually, I will request your help, Tom, cause I am sure you can give me right direction. So, I have to import over 360 pages on my website. There are no problems with import but...every page will use sections and must have next structure: first sections is personalized with different content while all others sections will have the same content. How create this kind of "template" for easy import? Thanks.
